Slice Sweet Plantain in half (lengthwise).
Place a sliced sweet plantain in the corner of the spring roll pastry.
Place a sliced jackfruit on top of the sweet plantain.
Fold the corner of the wrapper over the sweet plantain. Roll the sweet plantain.
Fold the right corner to the center and do the same to the other side of the sweet plantain.
Bring the top corner down to the banana and use the water as an adhesive for the Turon. Repeat for the other pieces of sweet plantain.
Fill the pan halfway with oil. Heat up on medium heat.
Add the brown sugar and wait for it to be caramelized.
Add the wrapped sweet plantain. The caramel automatically sticks to the wrapper as you fry.
Fry to a golden brown. Let it cool down before eating.
