 1 Pack Sabroso™ Guava Chunks
 ½ cup Sabroso™ Tamarind Pulp
 500 g Tejocotes (Crataegus Mexicana). Pears can replace it.
 Water
 5 Apples
 1 kg Sugarcane
 ¼ cup Prunes
 50 g Jamaica flower
 1 Piloncillo/Panela/Papelon (dehydrated sugar cane)
 2 Cinnamon sticks

Remove skin from sugar cane and cut them lengthwise into 4 pieces.

Remove core from apples and slice them in strings.

Put the water in a large pot, add the cinnamon and piloncillo, and put them in medium-high heat. When the water starts to boil, add the sugarcanes, apples, and tejocotes.

Finally, add the guava chunks, jamaica flower, tamarind, and prunes. Boil for 30 minutes, and then enjoy a delicious warm ponche de frutas navideño.
