Sancocho Soup

 1 Pack Sabroso™ Sancocho Soup Mix
 10 cups Water or more if necessary
 46 Pieces of chicken
 1 lb Pork or pork ribs
 1 lb Beef cut into pieces
 1 Onion
 1 Red bell pepper
 4 Garlic cloves
 1 tsp Cumin
 ¼ tsp Achiote seasoning
 ¼ cup Chopped fresh cilantro
 1 tsp Ground pepper
 Salt to taste

Blend the onion, bell pepper, garlic and cumin with ¼ cup of water.

Add the beef, pork, chicken, the blended onion and paprika mixture, and salt in a large pot. Add the 10 cups of water. Let boil for 30 minutes.

From the Sancocho mix package, add the corn and the green plantain. Let boil another 20 or 30 minutes over medium heat.

Add the rest of the vegetables from the Sancocho soup mix. Continue cooking for 20 more minutes or until the vegetables are soft. Add the cilantro.

Taste the soup and add more salt if necessary.

Serve on a large plate, distributing the meat and vegetables evenly.
