 ½ Avocado
 4 Tomato slices
 Fetta cheese to taste

Baked the Almojabanas / Cornbread for the required 7 minutes.

Made a quick egg scramble and load it up on a sliced-in-half Almojabana / Cornbread

Topped it with a few slices of avocado, some tomato, a grind of fresh pepper, fetta cheese, and topped it with the other bun half.
