Cut the yuca into thin pieces to resemble fries. In a large pot, boil the yuca fries for 10 minutes, or until they are fork tender. Drain the water and pat the yuca fries dry with a paper towel.
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Add the yuca fries into the mixture, making sure each fry is coated evenly.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yuca fries out in a single layer.
Bake the yuca fries for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
