Add the mango, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
If you'd like to salt the rim of your glass, pour a small amount of salt/tajin powder onto a plate. Rub the glass rim with a lime wedge, then dip the rim into the salt.
Pour the mango margarita into the glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
